We specialise in the letting of 1 to 5 bedroom properties in and around the Edinburgh area. 
A variety of tenant needs are catered for from professional to student lets.
Properties are furnished to comply with heath and safety regulations.
Gas and electrical inspections are carried out at appropriate intervals.
We use our own team of reliable, trustworthy tradesmen that can be relied upon to carry out any repairs as quickly as possible after notification.
We take a real interest in your tenancy and are happy to answer any queries that you may have at any time 7 days per week.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A TENANT

As a tenant of one of our properties under management you will be responsible for:

• Payment of Council Tax unless expressly stated otherwise in the lease agreement.

• Payment of utility bills

• Payment of TV Licence (whether TV is provided as part of inventory or not)

• Insure your own possessions

• Advise GoLetit of any maintenance requirements as soon as possible.

• Inform the police of any break in or burglary.
